We felt the customer service experience was excellent! Our representative provided constant communication from the time the order was placed until after the car was delivered. He made a concerted effort to make sure we were happy and that the carrier picked up and delivered in a timely and safe manner. They understood my desire to have this done in a very timely manner as well and they actually exceeded my expectations by getting a driver and delivering in advance of my deadline date.
