I'll start by saying Angela at Ship-a-Car Direct is great. She is very responsive, quick to get a carrier assigned, and extremely forthcoming with updates and information. Within 24 hours of accepting the quote and placing my order for transport, I received a call from the carrier saying they'll be around the next day to pick up my son's truck. ..and they were. The truck was delivered two days later. Now a quick word about the carrier - AR Transport LLC, Virginia; a small company but operates like the biggest and best of them. Communication with the Driver was excellent and the service provided by he and his manager are second to none. Arranging for auto transport is always a very nerve-racking, even scary endeavor when you have to rely on review sites such as TransportReviews.com and promises made by companies you know nothing about. At the end of day, this was a big success. -S
