It was difficult to schedule my transport at first because there were not many carriers looking to go from my part of PA to CA. Ship a Car Direct worked very closely with me keeping me posted and being very open and honest about the process. They will get you taken care of one way or another! Matt was very helpful and available to talk through things with me. Also very patient. Would definitely recommend to use again. The carrier was also professional and got my car to me on time.
