Overall, my experience was great. The only downside is the uncertainty until a few days prior to pickup, but that is how the whole industry works so it's not a huge deal. The car was picked up promptly, and delivered on the scheduled day (albeit a bit late due to another owner's failure to show up). The driver was quite nice and patient and accepted all of our calls. He really put our mind at ease. Once we had the pickup date (which was given a few days prior to pickup), everything went smoothly. Tom is great. He can be called anytime, and he kindly explains things to you. I would definitely use them again.
