I have had a very good experience working with Ship A Car Direct. My car was ready for pickup on Tuesday & it was picked up on Friday (within the 3 day time frame). The carrier was Pro Express. Jason from Pro Express was amazing. He picked up and delivered my car exactly in the time frame he had promised. Gaby from Ship A Car Direct was very helpful. My pick up location was in Eden Prarie in MN, but Gaby suggested to put the pick up address of a bigger city like Bloomington so that my car would be picked up sooner. I did that and it worked very well. Jason from Pro Express (the carrier) was so kind that he came to Eden Prarie instead of Bloomington because of which it saved me from the hassle of driving all the way to Bloomington - amazing customer service my Jason as well. I would certainly recommend this company to others.
