Using Ship a Car Direct was an excellent experience from start to finish. They provide more info and support than any of the other carriers I received bids from. There are videos and helpful reminders in emails that answered 99% of my questions before I actually selected them. Frankly, I SHOULD have looked at the ratings first before I entertained any bids. Not only was this company the highest rated by a significant margin, they were available to talk to me one on one at MY preference (Scott). Other bidders called, texted and emailed non-stop despite the fact I had not made further efforts. Even though I moved my original earliest pickup date up by 5 days after watching the videos, they still were able to pick it up the 2nd day, and stayed in touch to give me updates. The driver for MB Auto Transport (Oscar) called me within an hour of receiving the assignment, and he too was professional, courteous and helpful. He contacted my daughter who was receiving the car in the timeframe that we discussed. The car arrived with no new blemishes other than a little more dust. I expected this process to be complicated and stressful and it was easy. The only thing we encountered was that the delivery and pickup locations I selected were not well laid out for an auto carrier, so our driver quickly picked locations adjacent that worked fine for both pickup and delivery. You really need to choose a location that considers the turn radius of a large transport. Would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct and their carriers.
