I may consider using this company again, mainly because my car did come in early/on time and there was no damage to it.

Pros: Nothing was stolen from my trunk and no damage to my car.

Cons: Overall, I didn't feel the transport company and their selected carrier (TFI Trans LLC) treat me with respect. I didn't like my customer experience! I didn't get prompt calls or emails about pickup time or date. I did receive lots of generic emails and occasional calls from my broker. I had to call everyday to check. Eventually I was given a pickup date. Even with a pickup date, I had to coordinate with the carrier myself. The company/broker should had coordinated with the carrier so I didn't have to communicate with all parties involved. My car arrived a day earlier than my expected time frame of a 3-day period. The driver coerced me into getting a family member or friend to sign my bill of landing. It was very unprofessional of the driver and he blamed that the carrier company didn't tell him my expected delivery time frame. He complained that my pickup time frame ruined his schedule of picking up more cars. I refused to have anyone but myself inspect my car. Finally, the driver tried to deliver my car 30mins away from my destination and it would take me 1hr roundtrip to pick up my car. He said it was too much of a hassle to drive my car to my final destination.

P.S. My final transport cost was $100 more than original estimate. Beware of the estimate and the actual cost.
