I had some worries about shipping my car, given all of the terrible reviews online about other transport companies. Ship-a-car Direct was the only company I could find that was accredited by the BBB. Tom, the owner, was involved throughout the entire process which was very impressive. While I would have liked to have guarantied pick-up and delivery dates, that does not seem to be possible in this industry. Tom was very honest up front, providing a window of time for vehicle pick-up. Tom underpromised and over-delivered, which was very nice. Car arrived without any damage. I will use Ship-A-Car Direct again if i have to transport my car.
