Preferred pick up date not communicated to driver. Had to keep calling customer service to remind them of both cars that I shipped as I was only getting information about one.

Sorry for the frustration around your car arriving too early. While it is important to be clear with your rep about timing restrictions and preferences, it is also realistic to understand the timing estimates are estimates and not guarantees. If you have a strict restriction on one end, it can be realistic to be more flexible on the other end and/or enlist a friend to help.
