Ship a car Direct was easy to work with. They had prompt communications and although the pick-up was later than expected it was a holiday weekend, which my representative had initially indicated could pose a problem. I appreciated the honestly throughout the process. Once the car was loaded the transport to the destination was quick and actually arrived 2 days earlier than expected!
