After completing an online search for a reputable transport company I spoke with Tom who was clearly experienced and well versed with the business and the various steps in getting a car from point A to B; after considering the options I proceeded with the order later the same day. A transporter (Ferris) was assigned within 24 hours, pick-up scheduled and completed with three days and the vehicle was delivered by a father and son team without any issues within five days of placing the order. During that time I received various emails with guidance and tips regarding documentation of the vehicle's condition and completion of the bill of lading. Not clear to me how this transaction could have been more seamless and I thought the price was fair given the vehicle was not operational and therefore has to be pulled onto the transport.
