This is my first auto transport experience. I read a lot of reviews before choosing the auto transport company and finally picked Ship A Car Direct and learned the reason it has good customer reviews is because the carriers the company uses have good reputation.

Pick up was two days after the estimate date which is ok as it's just an estimate. Driver carefully examined the car and did paperwork to record the car's conditions. He said it would take 5 days or less. The car was delivered in good condition after 5 days even though the truck had a problem and had to get fixed (otherwise it would be 4 days).

Driver kept informing us about delivery time when he was getting close to the destination.
Very satisfied with the carrier and will consider use the same carrier in the future.
