Overall my experience was very good with Ship a Car Direct. They provided lots of information. The pickup was within the window. The only reason this isn't a perfect score was that the car was delivered 2 days early. This was unexpected and we had to scramble to resolve the issue. Customer Service took a bit of time to work out the issue but when I called Tom he took care of it immediately. I would recommend using Ship a Car Direct
