The transportation service was good - Peter was the driver and he was great. Gaby was my service provider and she did well communicating and setting up the transport.

The only thing that is frustrating the continuous barrage of e-mails. You need to change your process to where the e-mails stop, once the service has been delivered.

I also received redundant e-mails through the contract stage, as well. Turn off the auto-send feature and actually manage your clients. It doesn't feel like a personalized experience when you are being spammed...
