Although pickup and dropoff were both a day late, I understand the transporting of vehicles is often estimate based. That said, the one day wait did not bother me. It's just the nature of the industry. I am however posting an *honest* review so any prospective client can be prepared in the best way possile.

As far as customer service goes, Scott at Ship A Car Direct is great. I think he is new to the team because when I called the customer service line, his name was not amongst the extensions in the employee directory. Regardless, he was good with assisting in talking with the transport company when I needed assistance or when I had a general question and he provided good advice on what to do throughout the entire process. The only thing I had a problem with is sometimes I experienced slow communication. I'm assuming it can be attributed to the high volume of clients Ship A Car Direct deals with but I had to give the company a ding in that regard.

The transport company Ship A Car Direct hired was good overall. I had an issue with getting in touch with them at the very beginning but Scott fixed that problem for me and got me the number to the truck driver. From there, the transaction went relatively smooth despite the very minor 1 day pickup and delivery delay. The driver was very professional and really cared for the vehicles he was in charge of which was evident when we met. Most importantly, the driver did not rush me with the pickup inspection and patiently waited until I was finished. Overall, the car was surprisingly clean and no additional damage was identified.

Lastly, I recommend anybody to use Ship A Car Direct! Ask for Scott when you call. They pride themselves on finding high quality drivers and I have to say that their claim is true. In my opinion, I will always use this company from here forward.

Thank you for your honest review, Tom! Yes you are correct, we had a higher volume of callers than we could handle quickly so we have a hired a few new folks to help address that. Glad it was an overall good experience for you!
