I experienced good customer service because the agent was patient with me did not show any kind of attitude towards me and was very very nice in explaining how the service was rendered.
one good example was that there were a all kind of people contacting me for their service and by Matt being so patient with me i decided to stick with him well his voice was distinguished and his name was common so that influence me o his surity about what he was doing well doing the time when we were getting things set up another people contacted me name Matt and the only thing that i knew was that was not Matt's voice. he assured me he would let me know every step of the way the process for my shipment and that made me happy. so i say Matt should have a big gold star.
