This is the second time that I've used Ship A Car Direct in the last 2 years. Because I had such a great experience the first time, I called Tom to set up my next transport. Everyone that I encountered from Tom, the dispatcher, to the contracted transport company and driver have been wonderful. They were able to pick up and transport my car within the timeframe I had requested. Tom kept me updated on the status of my pickup and followed up to be sure the assigned transporter had made initial contact with the schedule. The driver was very courteous, took great care of my car and kept me abreast of the arrival date/time. Tom then followed up to be sure that my car had been delivered to my satisfaction.
I don't expect to move again anytime soon, but if I do, I will continue to use Tom and Ship A Car Direct for transport.
