From first call to final delivery Tom was really helpful. He explained me the process in very first call and was always available as soon as I sent him email or left VM. That was most important thing for me because I usually like to discuss process and get regular status update. Carrier was on time and worked perfectly for my schedule. Days promised were met. I really loved the service.
