My new car made it across the country perfectly! Couldn't ask for anything more! I was so stressed out about moving from Georgia to California but the most stressful part was moving my brand new 2015 Nissan Rogue and figuring out people even do that kind of thing because I just wasn't into the idea of driving that far. I found Ship A Car Direct by doing internet research and reviews and utilizing the BBB. My actual pick up date was thursday and the first available was set for saturday which in their defense, was right in the middle of a lot of severe weather across the midwest when it was happening every day. It is strange how this business works (no matter who you choose as a broker) when your pick up date can not be planned in advance but that is apparently the nature of this business. My contact person with ship a car direct was very friendly, helpful, and easily accessible during the process and answered all of my random possibly dumb questions. My car arrived in the Bay Area in perfect condition, a little dusty obviously because it just traveled across the country but honestly better than I expected it to be. Overall I am very pleased with my experience because the one thing that matters is that my car made it in PERFECT condition!
