I am very pleased with Ship a Car Direct. Emily was very friendly and knowledgeable and the additional information provided about the process was a great help. They were very up front and I never felt as though they were trying to mislead or misinform. The price quoted at the beginning was the price I paid and the timing was in line with what they estimated. The actual carrier, RT Express out of Indiana, was also excellent and very friendly. The driver did a good pre pick-up walk through and showed me everything that he found. They were not pushy on when the delivery would be made and he had the vehicle all ready to go when we met. The quote from Ship a Car was not the cheapest that I received but it was in line with the majority. All in all it was a good experience.
