Good transport experience with quirks

Pick up was on the second available day, pick up window pushed out from original window due to traffic. Pick up driver came directly to vehicle to inspect, no greeting. Once inspection complete driver handed sheet to me and told me to sign. He did answer a couple questions, but my impressions were that he was in a rush and just wanted me to sign so he could leave. Delivery was initially scheduled for 9 days later but was pushed out 2 days. Was originally going to be delivered after dark but ended up being during the day. Delivery went smoothly and vehicle seemed to be in original condition after inspection. After speaking to my original dispatcher Emily I had difficulty with other dispatch staff that I reached during the process. They all had thick accents that were difficult to understand and they seemed frustrated by my questions or when I tried to verify that I had heard them correctly. Overall the experience was good and I would use their service again if I needed to transport a vehicle.
