I bought a Car and wanted it picked up on April 3rd. Not only did Matt with Ship a Car Direct keep me adequately informed on the process but the Driver/Transporter called me to arrange delivery time. Both Matt and the Driver were very professional in returning my emails and keeping me up to date on the entire process. I also really enjoyed the videos and links sent to me walking me through procedures for both pick-up and delivery of the car. My car was picked up in New Hampshire on a Friday and delivered to me promptly that Sunday in just 2 days. The Driver was amazing having all the paperwork, ready and even giving me tips on caring for my car after delivery. I paid 225 online to Ship a Car Direct and 600 Cash to the Driver on Delivery with no change in price from the original quote. After purchasing my car from the dealership, some aftermarket work was done and my car was accidentally damaged. My driver noted the damage on pick up, made sure to verbally talk to the dealership and make sure everything was documented. He even remembered who he spoke to on vehicle delivery passing the information along to me making the whole process a lot easier. Overall I had a great experience with Ship a Car Direct and would recommend both the Driver and the Company to anyone needing to transport a car.
