Tom was actually good but it was the Trucking Company that was not...they held the car at their Lot for over 5 days without informing me of truck problems...we would have used another Company if we would have known that Fact...it caused a Major inconvenience on the Receiving end because of Timing...the trucking Company was CAA Transport. From pick up to delivery it was a Total of 15 days...unacceptable

So sorry that your transport was delayed by a truck maintenance issue. These issues can't always be foreseen but you should have been informed, sorry the carrier wasn't proactive about that. We are following up with them - that drives us crazy too.
