David, my contact was great. He followed up quickly on issues and was even available on weekends. The driver was much later than the pickup window that was given on the day and he was not a good communicator. The driver on the delivery side was great though. So overall 2 out of 3 people were amazing to deal with. I did not try to shop around for a different price because last time I tried to get an online quote from an auto transporter, my details were shared with over 20 companies so I was quite happy to work with a single honest one. Thanks!
