I researched numerous auto transport companies prior to hiring Ship A Car Direct. Some promise you the world but when asked for specific information they become very vague. Jason sent me emails in regard to their services which were very informative but did not bother me with annoying phone calls as some other companies did. My vehicle was picked up two days after I placed my order and the vehicle was delivered in less than one day. The transporter and his crew were very courteous and professional and the vehicle was delivered to its destination in excellent condition. Reviewing the statements in regard to insuring the vehicle being transported, had there been damage to the vehicle and the transporter didn't have insurance at that time Ship a Car Direct would have picked up only the deductible of my own insurance company not the total cost of the damage. This is in the lengthy fine print of the contract and I may be mistaken as to how it actually works. I found that Ship Car Direct was somewhat more expensive than other quotes I received but considering the excellent service I received it was well worth the price. This company stays with you from start to finish and provides any contact information you may need . I very highly recommend them to anyone needing their services and I would use them again if necessary.
