From the time we first had contact with Dale at Ship-A-Car-Direct until after our vehicles were delivered safely in North Carolina, this was some of the very best customer service of anyone we've done business with in a long time. Dale kept us advised of everything regarding shipping our vehicles across country and the transport company they used to do the actual moving of the vehicles was First Class. The price for moving the 2 vehicles was very reasonable and far less than that quoted to us by two other companies. We could not have wished for a smoother and more stress free move of our vehicles and would definitely recommend them to anyone we know who needs to transport their vehicles.
