I really enjoyed working with Ship-a-Car Direct. I was always able to get in contact with someone and was constantly updated with emails. The problem I had was with JM Transport (the company that actually shipped my car). The man that picked up/dropped off my car did not speak English at all, I was never contacted with updates on when my car would be delivered, and I was never able to get in contact with anyone. I was an hour away from my home when the man who didn't speak English called me to tell me he was at my house. I rushed home to find he was not there. I was then contacted by someone else at JM Transport to tell me he was actually an hour away. My car was delivered with no damages and the condition was fine, it was just a frustrating process not being able to communicate with the driver. I also wished they would have contacted me 24 hours prior to delivering my car so I could have made plans accordingly.
