Pickup on time(ish - blame LA traffic for him being a little delayed, completely understandable), delivered on time, and car came back as it was dropped off (sure, it was dirty - but you expect that - and nothing a quick pass through a car wash didn't clean off). I would ABSOLUTELY use Ship a Car Direct - and hopefully deal with Emily again.
