Outstanding service! Tom was very helpful, honest. kept in constant communications with me with all the details. Same with the driver. The vehicle was in Jersey and I'm in NC. Both Ship A Car Direct, Tom, and the Driver contacted my brother in Jersey and coordinated for the pick up. That went smooth, except for the snowstorm the night before so that moved the pickup time a couple of hours which worked out fine. The driver called me up after he picked it up and told me he would by a day early. had my vehicle, undamaged, in my driveway less than a week from the initial call to Tom to my driveway in NC. I would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone.
