Language can be a challenge. Non-standard dialects by base operators and drivers can make communication difficult. But if you repeat and speak slowly, and ask the same from whom your talking to, the info gets exchanged. My car was delivered after dark and the temperature was +5 F. My battery had died because of the cold. The driver was a master of his equipment and got my vehicle unloaded. He even jumped my car and it started right up. Nice job.
