US Auto Group Inc Driver was late. He never called the day before my car pick was scheduled to get picked. On the actual pick up day, i called him in the morning to find out what time he will be there. The driver told me that he will be there in the evening and guaranteed that he will be there to pick up. When the time came, he never called that he will be there or not. Throughout the night, I called the driver several time but never picked up the phone. I couldn't even leave any messages because his voice-mail was full. I had to fly out next day and had to ask my friend's dad to watch my car until the driver comes and pick it up. Still, I had to call the driver to find out whats going on. His excuse was that there was too much traffic. Eventually my car did get pick up but the driver did not provide Bill of Lading. I would not recommend using US Auto Group Inc. I called Ship a direct and left a message on the voice-mail but i never received a call from them to find out whats going on.
