We submitted our order about a month in advance. After we placed our order, we had to change the pickup and drop off venues and emailed our contact about it....the info was not conveyed to the carrier, but it became a non issue since we were put into direct contact with the carrier/driver. We were notified the day of pickup of when it would occur. Our car was shipped using a 3-car carrier. Our driver was in contact with us and kept us well informed of when we would meet him.
