I am pleased to say, that my experience with Jason and Ship A Car Direct was excellent. Jason, the contact rep. was personable, honest, and communicative. I trusted him and all in all had a great experience with Ship A Car Direct. The vehicle was picked up on time, with the driver of the auto carrier calling me to alert me of the pick-up time. I had his phone number so I could contact him regarding his progress and he called to confirm the delivery time the day prior to delivery. The time of delivery was as he communicated. The price was fair, there were no surprises, and the vehicle was delivered in the same condition as it left within the time frame estimated. I have no hesitation in recommending Ship A Car Direct based on my experience.
