I needed to transport my car from Ann Arbor, MI to Fresno, TX in a matter of days. I contacted Ship a Car Direct on 1/29/2015, and David was able to find me a transporter to pick my car up on 2/2/2015. Not only that, the car arrived two days later in Texas. DSL Logistics LLC was the transport company; the driver was very courteous.

Due to a large snowstorm the day before, the driver elected to meet me at Meijer parking lot about 2 miles from my apartment instead of my apartment building. My mom received the car in Texas, but the driver did not take the car all the way to the house. He stopped about a mile from the house. Overall, my experience was positive because other transporters I contacted needed a two week notice in order to guarantee my pickup date but Ship a Car Direct was able to get me one within a few days. I tolerated the missteps in the purported "door to door" service because of this.
