The company was pretty helpful and honest from the start. Everything was handled very quickly and efficiently, which was much appreciated. A couple slight negatives however. First, they would NEVER pick up the phone when I called. I'd always have to leave a message and then wait for callback. Sometimes in a couple hours, sometimes the next day. And second, they produce a bit too much spam email. The email does often have a lot of good advice and tips, but still, there's a lot, not only before they get your business, but through the whole transport process and afterwards. Ultimately though, considering all the shady companies out there that do this kind of work, I wouldn't hesitate using them again if I ever needed to transport another vehicle. The above negatives are a little annoying, but hardly deal-breakers, and worth not having to find other reputable dealers. I also tried to find alternative companies to move it, and the prices all seem like they would have come out the same, so I feel their pricing is very spot on and reasonable too.
