I am fully satisfied with the service that I received from both Matt and the transporter.
Matt was very responsive whenever I had questions and needed talked to him. Also, the transporter seemed to care the car with attention and provided the service as promised.

It was my first time to ship a car, and did not know at first where to have the service. If it is your first time, I would definitely recommend to talk to Matt.

I had to send my car on the day before the Christmas Eve and needed the car at the destination whenever after the Christmas. I received the car one day after the transporter loaded the car on their carrier. I was delighted by how fast they delivered it. I do not think it would be this fast for every case, but I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again if I happen to need to ship the car again. Plus, if the transporter is DDM AutoTransport LLC, I would be more relieved.
