Transport of Alfa Romeo sedan from Seattle to Virginia in the winter. Carrier (Speedy Auto Carriers) hit snowstorm and frigid cold, bottom-carry of car resulted in it being filthy with snow, salt, and sand. Not much the carrier could do about the weather except top carry, but car also had considerable grease stains, likely from hydraulics, once salt and grit washed off. Was able to clean up without damage.

Broker Ship a Car Direct had good communication, automated messages and reminders, and useful videos with advice on shipping.
