Though the car was dirty (to be expected after a cross-country trip in an open carrier), it was completely undamaged (unlike our experience with other carriers). The driver was friendly and courteous, accommodating our available times both for pickup and delivery. Jason, at ship a car direct, was also very helpful advising about how to get our pickup/drop off dates closest to what we wanted.
