I recently had to relocate myself and my familty from Los Angeles, CA to Houston, TX for a job placement. After spending sometime and effort to search for a good vehicle transport company. I stumbled across Ship-A-Car Direct. I filled out a request online and I was responded the next day with clear instruction how to officially place an order online with the provided internet link.After paying the $225 deposit, the company rep. let me know who will be the shipper of my car. When the scheduled pickup time came, the driver call ahead of time to let me know what time he plans show up at my residence. This was very helpful and professional because I did not have to waite the entire day for the pickup. The driver came at his promised time and picked up the car. The delivery was as punctual as the pickup. Once again, the driver called ahead of time. We met in Houston days later. The driver handed me the key. I paid the rest of the balance after I conducted a thorough inspection of the car looking for damage during the transport. I found none.

Overall I was very happy and pleased with the service. I would use the same company again in a heartbeat. Good company. Good Rep. Good Driver.
