Great Experience! From the time I did my quote online to the day I picked up the vehicle from the carrier, I was contacted via e-mail and over the phone. I receive continuous updates and e-mails that explain the process step by step of what was needed, price quote, and so on. I didn't have a question that went unanswered.

I shipped my car from Ocoee, FL to St. Louis, MO, 6 days before Christmas. My carrier (Bob) and point of contact with Ship a Car Direct (Kay) were extremely helpful, professional and completed the drop off and delivery even sooner than what I was expecting (4 days from drop off to pick up)! When the car arrived there were no issues; no damages or payment problems. Kay even contacted me twice to ensure all was well with the vehicle and I didn't have any questions or concerns. I am extremely thankful to have found such a wonderful company and carrier to deliver my car!
