Tom at Ship A Car Direct was diligent and extremely efficient throughout the entire process of transporting our vehicle. My husband and I were in a time crunch since our previous carrier notified us that they would not be able to pick our vehicles given our timeline secondary to drivers being sick. Tom was able to locate a RELIABLE company right away. He was very patient and his customer service was excellent. He even made sure to follow up promptly after our car was delivered to make sure everything was taken care of. Our vehicles were delivered quickly with no problems. I HIGHLY recommend Tom at Ship A Car Direct if you want things done fast and efficient.
