Matt was extremely knowledgeable, objective, and provided me with the guidance necessary to walk a first timer through the transport experience. He stayed in touch with me daily from the initial quote through the delivery of the vehicle. The carrier contacted me once assigned and was also in contact with me through every part of the transport. I was amazed how quickly the vehicle was picked up a delivered. The vehicle was picked up on the first available date and delivered 2 days later. Most important, the vehicle arrived safely and in time for the holidays. My wife and I were thrilled, as this was a brand new vehicle from the dealer. Matt at Ship a Car Direct and Jack from Mass Transport were professional, courteous, and provided excellent service. We will definitely use this service again.
