I have used ship a car direct before. I received such excellent service I decided to use them again. I called and talked to Emily she was so nice and helpful. We settle on a day and the carrier arrived on that exact day. The problem was he would not transport the vehicle with items inside the car. So we cancelled them. For sure I thought it would be a while before Emily would find someone who would transport the car with the items inside. I was so excited when Emily found someone the next day to pick up the car and transport it to Illinois. The car arrived a day early.
The only problem was it was at night and I asked him if he could deliver it in the morning. He said he could not. So I met him in the Jewel parking lot. He also did not have a copy of the bill of lading for me. I had to take a picture of it.

When I called Emily she was suprised that he would not deliver it during the day. She called them and also got me a copy of the bill of lading.

Would I use ship a car direct, absolutely and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a professional, caring carrier.
