Car was picked up at the time the driver told me, so didn't waste my time. Got to destination state very quickly, driver navigated the gated community well to make a timely delivery. The Driver made frequent contacts a few days before, and then more frequent on the day of pick up or drop-off. The procedure went quickly as did the inspection, and I took photos of mileage and all aspects of the automobile before it was shipped, but I did not see damange in my 5 minute walk around once it came off the truck.
