This was my first time using an auto transport service. If the process of finding a transport company wasn't difficult enough, the scare tactics some of the companies use don't make you feel any better or make the process any easier. Matt from Ship A Car Direct made the process a whole lot easier and sent your mind at ease. He explained the process with no pressure what so ever. When I had questions along the way, he was very helpful. I would use Ship A Car Direct again. Thanks, Matt.
