This is the second time I have used Ship a Car Direct! The first time was excellent and the second time was just outstanding. I submitted my request on a Sunday, by Monday morning I was speaking with Tom (who helped me before). Originally my car was to be shipped 2 weeks later, but circumstances changed where I needed to ship within 4 days. Tom found a carrier within 48 hours able to pick up my car. I was just amazed. Tom quickly coordinated everything. The professionalism and customer service was top notch; he made the process very simple for me. When I was contacted by the carrier dispatch they were very personal, friendly and stayed true to everything they explained. The driver of the carrier was so professional too; he even was able to pull the carrier right outside my home development. Lastly, when the delivery was complete, the driver made it very easy to pick up the car. The best part is Tom at Ship a Car Direct never left my side; he was there up until the car was delivered and called to make sure I was satisfied. Hand's down this is the best company!
