I contacted Ship a Car Direct and dealt with Emily. Instead of locking in a quote right away, she advised me to wait until the prices had dropped (after Labor Day). I called several times, and each time she advised waiting, until one day in mid Sept., when she was able to give me a price about $250-$300 less than if I had locked in early. Each time I called, I either got her right away or she called back promptly.
The date was finalized a few days prior to the pick up, and there were several information emails Emily sent to me about how to prepare, what to look for, etc. The pick up went smoothly, the evening before the date I expected.
During the week of transport, I received other emails from Emily reminding me about accepted payment, etc. By the time the driver called to schedule drop off, we were all ready for him. The driver called to let us know precisely when he would be there. He arrived, we looked at the car which was in perfect shape except dirty (lots of rain in Wyoming!), he was extremely nice, and we signed off. We have the car and the transaction was as smooth as anything we've done!
In order to receive a $30 rebate, I needed to complete this survey. However, I can tell you that I would not have written what I have, or as much as I have, if I was not satisfied. I could have written anything!
In short, extremely pleased with all service.
