Great to deal with and always able to reach my contact person with questions. I ran into a problem with my initial carrier before the pick-up. I placed a call into my contact and all of my questions were answered. Within a few minutes Tom had arranged a new carrier to pick up my car. They dealt with all aspects of the pick up including contacting my contact at the pick-up location. Very happy with the entire experience. My only complaint would be the driver of my carrier was very hard to understand as he had a thick middle eastern accent. My car arrived on time and in excellent condition. I would recommend this company as it's customer service is excellent.
