Emily at Ship a Car Direct was great to deal with, even though we had some peculiarities about our move. She was able to accommodate us, and was very upfront about how the process worked. She told us right away that there are other places that will give you a cheaper quote, but it will take longer for a driver to take your job- the drivers are independent contractors and all take jobs from the same system. That said, the price we got was comparable to other agencies, maybe slightly higher- but with no BS! Driver came on time, within the narrow window for us to be able to meet him, and delivered it ahead of schedule. He was helpful and professional as well.
