I used this kind of service for the first time and was somewhat apprehensive about what company to choose. Once I called and had Jason on the phone and he explained the whole process to me, my decision was easy. He kept me updated with emails but did not inundate me with information I did not need. Very professional, could always be reached when I had additional questions.
Pick up was super punctual and the driver was very accommodating and professional.
Even after the car was picked up and on the way, they stayed with me and kept me informed.
Can only recommend this company and would use them again in a flash. Have also recommended them the some of my friends.
